These terms apply when you use Celebration Studios to create, purchase, or receive a celebration. By using the site, you agree to them. We've kept them in plain language, matching how we write everything else.
Celebration Studios makes made-to-order celebration experiences: a hosted page built around a person and an occasion, assembled by a real designer from what you tell us. Plans and pricing are shown at checkout and may change over time; the price you pay is the price in effect when you order.
Once you submit an order and payment is confirmed, a designer begins building your celebration by hand. Standard delivery is 2–3 days; if you selected rush or express delivery, that window applies instead. We'll email you the moment it's ready.
Because each celebration is custom-made for a specific person and occasion, we don't offer refunds once a designer has started building it. If something arrives wrong, broken, or not as described, email us — we'll fix it or make it right. If you need to cancel before work has started, email us and we'll refund you in full.
You own the words, photos, and details you submit for a celebration. By submitting them, you give us the license we need to build, host, and deliver the celebration you asked for — nothing more. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use anything you upload (photos, quotes, etc.) and for the accuracy of what you tell us about the recipient.
Celebrations are meant to be kind. Don't use Celebration Studios to harass, impersonate, defame, or embarrass someone, to submit content that's illegal or infringes someone else's rights, or to try to break, scrape, or abuse the service. We can remove content or suspend accounts that violate this.
If a recipient asks us to take their celebration down, we will. Recipients aren't the ones who paid, so they don't have billing rights over the order, but they're always entitled to have their own page removed.
You must be 18 or older to create an account or make a purchase. Celebrations are frequently made for children by the adults who love them — that's welcome; the purchaser just needs to be an adult.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. See our Privacy Policy for more on how payment and other information is handled.
We work hard to make every celebration something you're proud to send, but the service is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Celebration Studios isn't liable for indirect damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for the order in question.
If we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
